I have this pic that I would like to use as my avatar pic, but I don't know how to reduce red eye (or get a drawing tool I could use to black over parts of it) in Microsoft Photo Editor.  I don't have any other editting software on my computer.  (which, BTW, is fine now.  As it turns out, it was overheating because there was dog hair stuck in the fan which had thought I got out in a previous cleaning but didn't.  The dog hair strikes back. xmaslol )

ETA: Oh, well, I guess now that I look at it the red eye isn't too bad.  I'm going to go ahead and put that up as my avatar, but if anyone knows how to reduce/get rid of red eye, I'm still curious and I'm sure there are others that are, too.
