A year ago, the madness began!

He has been a challenge sometimes but I wouldn't trade him for the world.  I am so glad that we stuck it out with him and that he is part of our family.  He undoubtedly is MY dog.  I credit the majority of my 50 lb. weight loss to him because without him, I wouldn't have the motivation to walk.  His enthusiasm and enjoyment of our daily walks (and him barking in my face if I don't take him) is such a motivation!  When we walk, he rests his head against my hip so I can scratch him.  He's my partner and despite his "quirks", he makes me happy.   luvsmile

It is SO good to hear from you Megs!!!  Glad things are working out for everyone. Sounds like Sid is a mama's boy and you love every minute of it!   Grin

Happy Gotcha day Sid!  It sure doesn't seem like it's a year already!

I hope Sid got really spoiled on his Gotcha Day!  Happy Yell You kept trying and now he is a loving, loyal companion. Stories like this make me smile. Congrats on the weight loss. That's awesome.
