Took some pictures of Dwarf and her best buddy. That poor undernourished Chopper.. We had been cleaning out the garden and Dwarf uses him to prop on sometimes when she gets tired. He don't seem to mind . She weighs 120 and he weighs 156 as of a few weeks ago.. Mama's best Buddy... Doc..

Big dogs do come in handy, don't they? I use Boo to prop or get up on sometimes. Love the pix.

I been doing HOUSEWORK !!!.. but I REFUSE to get barefoot and pregnant.. She hates the doctors as much as I do but she says she can't wait to get the other eye fixed. We will get the bandages off wed and we will know then.. Thanx, Doc..

Good thoughts and prayers heading you and Dwarf's way for a successful surgery and speedy recovery!! Chooper is a good boy to take care of mom like that. Boris and Natasha take care of me when I need some help up off the ground or off the floor, Natasha especially, she plants her feet and stands steady for me to lean on, she is my Princess!! Of course Ceasar gets up and lays on me when I tell him I am cold, but a 100 + blanket is kind of heavy but he is warm!!

Nice pics of Dwarf and Chopper. He's a big boy for sure.
It's nice that she is finally having her last eye procedure. I'm wishing her success and a quick recovery.

Dwarf is doing pretty well. She had the surgery and we were home between 9-10 this morning. She said that this operation did not hurt as bad as the last but I been changing the bandages like the last time and installing the drops and salves and so forth and this eye has more bruising than the last. She is not uncomfortable . We go back at 8:30 in the morning and have the eye patch removed for good and then it is lite duty until sunday. We will post again tomorrow nite... Thanx for the well wishes. Doc..

Glad it went well for her. I hope the bruising is normal. I've never heard of an eye bruising before.

It is good this surgery was not as painful for her. Wishing Dwarf a smooth recovery and a very successful outcome.

Glad it went well for her. I hope the bruising is normal. I've never heard of an eye bruising before. Didn't mean to mislead you Layne, her eye it's self didn't bruise but the lids and area surrounding it. Not real bad but she will have a shiner for a little while. All in all we are happy with it. I am down to 4 days a week now and with alla the time I missed with this and the other surgery it is gonna be a little tight for a while. Not crying the blues.. We are makin' it , just have to watch our money a bit closer for a while. We were lucky enough to pay off the house and property a little while back so we are a LOT better off than we could be. Dwarf said she would look and see if her corner has been taken yet but I found a diplomatic way of tellin' her it ain't necessary ... Yet... Doc.. Forgot... She now officaly has 20-20 vision .. She can read now without glasses but is still a strain . but now we can buy them ''designer'' elcheapo reading glasses.. She had on her prescription glasses and was lookin' out the door and said that the surgeries probably were a waste of time. she couldn't see across the road. I told her to take her glasses off and try. She left them on the hat tree in the front hall.. Thanks Folks for the well wishes.. it helps..

YAY!!! So happy she can see so well now. I am very happy for her and a little envious I do not have 20/20 anymore. I just need my glasses for reading small print that use to be regular print a few years ago. Very happy this over done and over with for Dwarf and it was very successful.
