I forgot to add the site. I also have this recipe marinating right now except I couldn't get any tempeh so I used tofu.

The recipe is called Sushi Bowl, but it is actually a vegan dish. It just has:
-brown short grain rice
-tufu
-avocado
-green onions
-sesame seeds
-seaweed

But somehow it does remind me of a California roll...

Sushi refers to the rice. So, technically, a sushi dish is a rice dish.
