Lily and Patches....  I'm so bad and my mother's going to yell but...I ended up adopted Lily, my little himi girl AND a neutered boar that we named Patches. Long story short, the girl (Kristin who has 25 now 23 piggies of her own) took in this brother/sister pair but come to find out it was a brother/brother pair. They started to fight and Kristin put "the sister" in w/ some of her girls. Well, she realized that she was a he (his manhood didn't drop). She took him to the vet, vet said he'd be sterile, he wasn't and 3 of her girls were knocked up, and he got his manhood taken away. After that, the girls held grudges because of his evil ways and he couldn't live w/ his brother because they fought, so.....I took him in. If it doesn't work out, she'll take him back but my son's already in love w/ King Patches the3rd. I didn't name him, Jordan did. So introducing...Lily Snowflake Sue and King Patches The3rd!    And one of the 5 girls who will soon be 7 piggies:   Right now, Patches & Lily are in a very small area. I wasn't sure if Patches would be moving in w/ us or not and I didn't get the quarantine cage together. I will be redoing my cage, yet again, over the next week or so. They all will hopefully be under "one roof". |

You are in sooooooooo much trouble!!  Congrats and I am just in LOVE with the himi. Gorgeous!!  You know, I almost adopted a hairless piggie the other day and stopped myself, cause I know if I get one, I will end up getting another and another and another  I will one day when I am ready. |

My son's been wanting his own dog and when Kristin told me about Patches and that he likes to sit w/ her while she's on the computer or just relaxes w/ her when she's watching TV, I thought he'd be a good fit for Jordan. I usually call my mom every night but....  |

Thanks! I've actually had 8 girls at one time before. How much work can 7 be, right? But I have to redo my cage which is going to take FOREVER! I have to put doors in it to be able to get it cleaned. And I told my son (since it's in his room) that I would go up w/ the cage not out. Going out takes up alot of his space. Gotta make everyone happy!  |

Okay Jenn, now you have the bakers half dozen in piggies.  I am glad you posted pigtures quickly. They are adorable. There is no way if I saw both I would come home with just one. Parents are so funny. I do not think they ever see us as completely grown up. They still see us as their little kids and make sure we know what they approve of and what they do not. My mom is usually very relaxed with me, but as you know my dad is a different story. I so fought the urge to ride Fireman tonight. I rode Irish instead and had a great ride with her. We trotted a lot, but she has a super smooth trot. Brandon rode Spot for a long time too, so that was good for both of them. Since I did not exercise Fireman tonight, I gotta get him out tomorrow. We will see...I might get that sneaky feeling too, just like you do. |

Lily & Patches. You are looking quite cozy already and pretty soon you will meet a host of other piggies to play with (do piggies play together ??). Enjoy your veggies, be good and do not get Pepper in trouble like the other ones did with that stuffie a good while ago.

Yes they play together. They do what is called popcorning where the run all over the place like cage zoomies and jumping over things in there way and each other. It is kind of funny to watch. Mine do it mostly after cleaning their cage or sometimes out of the blue.
