If you would like to start at the unread posts or replies to your posts this is what you can do.
First, when you log in to Dogaddicts, select forever as your time.
That will set the cookie so that whenever you come to dogaddicts.com, you will be logged in.
Now, instead of going right to the forum go to the home page, which is
http://dogaddicts.com Right under the sentence What's happening in the forum...
you will see the 3 links
Show unread posts since last visit.
Show new replies to your posts.
All Unread Topics
You will not see those links if you are not logged in
