Another idea! Excuse me if someone else has mentioned it Smiley An area for our favorite links! BARF info, places to buy cute dog things, funny sites, breed specific sites, etc.

Hi Sarah,

I have been working on the links thing.   We have been trying to decide how to do it.

Current working ideas on this subject:

1.  We may create a topic in each board, that would be for favorite links.

2.  We may create a board that would list  Animal Organizations and sites.  We are thinking that a member would submit a site, for example  a local or regional rescue site, or whatever.  That member would write a few sentences or a story about it, and we would check it out and then create a seperate topic for it.

These are in the planning stage, and to be implemented shortly.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dave! (insert hi dave graphic here:) I like the 2nd idea. I think I was thinking simpler though. Like just click a "Links" button and there'd be links on the page by section: Animal Rights, Recipe Sites, whatever. And maybe shopping could be subdivided - Cute collars, great training tools, healthy treats, premium kibble co. sites. But I know I can make do with links in other places, so don't do it for me Cheesy

P.S. Do you and Terri have real jobs? Cheesy

Sarah,

That links page may be the way to go, I am trying to make this easy at first.  I guess we will get in going and improve as we go, that is what we have been doing so far, anyway.

Yep, Sarah, we got real jobs. sort of.   More than we want sometimes.
