That should do it.

If you want a good photo editor, here is one.

http://www.irfanview.com/

It is a free, easy to use program that is very good.  You can resize pictures, and do all kinds of editing.  It is a safe and well known program.

Our limits at this time are 128KB for picture size, 640x480.

If you need more help, let me know.

Dave

Sometimes, when I upload a pic, I get the browser crashing message.  (Do I want to send an error report, etc.) Then my browser window closes.  It doesn't actually affect the upload, since when I come back, the post and pic are there.  Just wanted to let you know.

Is there a way to re-size your pics, mine are all to big, & I can't seem to make them any smaller, just so you know I'm pretty new to this computer thing.
I have tried, but the message came up that the pic was to big, & I've tried to make it smaller, but the program I have dosn't make them small enough.

When we look at people's pics in their profile . . . can they be bigger? I want bigger - I need to see these pups! :D

Hi Sarah. The pics in the profile are the avatars. The same pic is under each members name
For now, the avatars are set to this size. We're thinking of making them bigger, but we have to work on that.

I have that same problem too, but it's prolly cuz I don't have any updates on my win xp though(that would be my best guess)

It didn't happen to me today, though, and I did upload some pics.  I love the black and white dog in the pics above.

It happened to me this morning when I was uploading pictures with the first 2 batches of pictures I was posting.  Did not happen on the last one though.

If you get an internal server error.. that's our problem. But if it's your browser crashing, that comes from your end. I get that alot working in different programs I use.

E'scuz my ignorance, but how do you post pictures within the body of the message (you know, so you can provide captions and titles without having to actually edit the picture)?

Do you have a photobucket account?  If not...you can register for free at http://photobucket.com/register.php Then upload your pictures and post them by using the Img code they assign to each of your pictures.  You can use preview and put your captions in then without having to edit.

Did that make sense?  I'm kind of out of it tonight.  OOO

Just like this, BernerGirl!  Here's Jasmine enjoying a tennis ball.  See how green the grass is?  We would only wish to have it this green this year.  We have had a very dry summer!  This was taken about a year ago!  This picture is linked to photobucket.  Just right-click and look at the properties.

If you don't have a photo editing program, this is a good, free one.
